What We Did.
Our Team at Bob Breeding General Contractors (BBGC), constructed a 3,960 s.f. Truck Wash Building with a 20’ wash bay area and a 16’ area for Interclean equipment and tanks.

The Result.
New construction of a 36’ x 110’ PEMB with separation wall located at 20’ to separate wash bay and equipment bay. Wash Bay side has a full ht. liner panel system roof and walls and an extensive floor drain system to accommodate the Interclean wash system. The structure was a pre-engineered American Building Company building product and features a 24ga. SS360 Standing Seam Roof, Architectural III wall system and Galvanized primary and secondary steel. Included Rolling Steel Doors, I-clad Snow Guard System and all plumbing, mechanical and electrical items to complete project. The flooring for the building was a 3 coat with aluminum oxide finish.
